Rich Hatch has been serving the Iowa City area as a Realtor since 2010. He works with both buyers and sellers and has experience with a wide variety of Real Estate properties including single family homes, condos, zero lots, rentals, new construction and developments as well as commercial property and acreages. Rich was awarded the Professional Newcomer of the Year for the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors in 2011.
Rich grew up in Iowa City, graduating from West High and received his Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa. He went on to teach in a variety of settings for six years before making a seamless transition to educating clients as a dedicated Realtor. Rich takes great pride in providing exemplary service to meet all of your real estate goals.

Tommy Schorer joins the Rich Hatch Homes team at Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS after spending 20 years in campus recreation; four years at Florida State University and 16 years at the University of Iowa. Tommy earned a Master’s degree from FSU and a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa, and has spent the last 13 years in the Iowa City area.
Throughout Tommy’s professional career, he has had a passion for having a positive impact on the lives of those with which he works. Whether it is countless students working to find their ways, or real estate clients going through a major life event, Tommy is here to make processes as smooth as possible and be someone people can count on.
In his spare time, Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife Kari and their two children, as well as playing golf, watching sports, and hanging out with friends. Tommy also currently works the shot clock for Iowa Men’s Basketball and runs the instant replay system for Iowa Women’s Basketball, Soccer, Field Hockey, and occasionally Wrestling.
